Is it possible to exchange the size?

Yes, you can exchange unused items within 30 days of the date of purchase. You will need to cover the return shipping fees of your original item to our fulfillment center in China.

Do you offer returns if I don't like it?

We certainly do! Although we truly believe your dog will love this bed, we do offer returns for unopened items within 30 days of the date of purchase. 

We only ask that you please do not let your dog use the bed while examining sizes. Used beds are considered void for a return.
